SINGLE STOREY KITCHEN EXTENSION
This was an extension built for a customer who wanted the build to look like it had been built with the house - i.e. exact match to the brick and reclaimed tiles to the roof.
REFURBISHED LIVING ROOM
This job was part of a full house refurbishment, due to the floors having to be re instated through red ash bieng under the concrete infill.
The floors to this room were excavated to a depth of 4ft then re instated in line with current building control regulations.
The living room is now a luxurious place to relax, with a built in plasma TV with focal point side lighting. The floors are solid American Wallnut and give off a great feeling of depth and warmth.
It's hard to imagine that this living room was completely gutted to bare brick and excavated to down to the footings.
There are three views to the living room here and each internal wall had to be underpinned.
KITCHEN REFIT
This was part of the same refurbishment as above. Floors dug out and all internal walls underpinned.
